After understanding Elegen’s vision and its potential impact in this field, I decided to join this company because it introduces a fantastic opportunity for career growth and to gain experience that is more difficult to gain in a larger corporation. Besides utilizing my technical knowledge, I also learn to wear multiple hats and adjust my role to meet what is needed at the moment. I am able to improve my management skills to successfully coordinate with different teams and delegate tasks efficiently by recognizing the strengths and weaknesses in each team member. I believe we are more productive and organized than we were before, which shows me how much I can learn when I step out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges.
