What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of being a recruiter is the moment when I see the perfect match between a candidate and a role. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that I’ve played a part in helping someone advance their career, and at the same time I am contributing to the company’s needs and culture. Bringing these two elements together to create a successful and fulfilling employment relationship is what drives me every day.
Who inspires you?
My mother is my greatest inspiration. She has always encouraged me to keep swimming and never stop, no matter the challenges I face. Throughout my life she has been a beacon of strength, and I derive positivity from her. I have always seen her facing every obstacle with a smile on her face and an unwavering positive attitude on her shoulder. Her resilience and optimism have been a constant source of motivation for me.
Favorite Hobbies?
I love to dance and enjoy Bollywood dancing whenever I get the chance. I also love to travel with my family and friends. My favorite place to travel has been Hawaii, especially the Maui and Kauai islands.
