Brian brings over 20 years of experience leading financial operations and executing complex business programs for transformative life science companies.  Prior to joining Elegen, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer at Replay Therapeutics, as well as senior finance leadership roles at PureTech Health and Patheon. Brian earned his MBA from Bentley University McCallum Graduate School of Business and his BA in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
