The company culture is a breath of fresh air! It's nice to have the flexibility to work remotely and still feel like I'm making a difference. Also, having good business partners makes for a pleasant work environment where you feel supported and can accomplish goals collaboratively.

What inspires you?
Work-related challenges inspire me! I love working for startups because they are so dynamic and an ever-changing environment. It’s nice to not be just a “#” in a cubicle doing the same thing day in and day out.
What is your favorite part of the job?
No day is ever the same. Working for a startup allows for a lot of personal growth and the opportunity to make a real difference in a short amount of time. My proudest accomplishment is making the switch from QuickBooks to Netsuite. Implementing a new ERP is a real challenge but it allowed me to utilize my core accounting skills.
Favorite Hobbies?
I’ve always loved horses! As a small child I was fascinated with them, and it never went away. I’ve owned horses since I was 10 years old, and it is truly my passion. Although I don’t ride as much as I used to, I still love going out to the ranch and being with my horse, even if I don’t ride.
